Dr. Judith Uchidiuno
Judith is an Assistant Professor at Georgia Tech’s School of Interactive Computing and directs the Play and Learn Lab. She designs culturally-informed CS education technologies and increases access to computer science education in sustainable ways for students from low-income and underserved communities.

Jane is an incoming first-year Ph.D. student at the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech. Her research focuses on codesigning sustainable computer science curriculums in West Africa for use in formal and informal learning spaces.

Elizabeth is a 4th-year Computer Science undergraduate student at Georgia Tech. Her research interests include culturally cognizant, inclusive computing education, and equitable artificial intelligence.

Briana Marks
Briana is a third-year undergraduate student studying Computer Science and Pre-Law at Georgia Tech. She is also a member of NCWIT’s Helen Fellows Program. Her research interests include studying the impact biased algorithms in artificial intelligence have on marginalized groups.

Rebecca is a research assistant at Georgia Tech’s School of Interactive Computing. Her research interests include designing engaging, empowering and equitable CS and AI learning experiences for K-12 stduents.

Dru is a second-year student in the interdisciplinary MS-HCI program within the College of Computing and College of Science at Georgia Tech. Her focus is on creating smooth user experiences in various contexts through bettering appeal, comprehension, and usability. Her research interests are in creative game design, equitable education, and customizable learning.

Elliot is a third-year undergraduate student studying Computer Science at Georgia Tech. He is also the co-founder and director of technology of BX Coding, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on increasing computing education accessibility. His research interests involve creative computing technologies for novice programmers in K-12 education.

Sophie is a first-year student in the interdisciplinary MS-HCI program within the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. Her research interests include creative and educational game design, designing interactive environments, and interactive fiction.
